Inspection: Q & Q by SGS / Intertek / CCIC / SAYBOLY or any similar

Target price: US $ 40.00. Gross and 38,00 US dollars.

Term of payment: MT 103 / WIRE TRANSFER

Commission:

1. The buyer sends ICPO with a storage agreement (TSA);

2. The seller issues a commercial invoice (CI) with the receipt numbers in the product cisterns in

tank vendors in the port of Rotterdam and a draft contract (for the entire transaction, including

test) and NCNDA / IMFPA;

3. The buyer signs these documents CI & draft & IMFPA and returns back;

4. The seller sends to the buyer:

a) POPs problems (proof of product);

b) a legalized and notarized commercial invoice (CI);

c) Product passport (analytical report on quality and quantity);

d) the authority to sell and collect;

e) a statement of the availability of the product;

f) a copy of the certificate of origin;

g) a copy of the export license;

(h) Report on the injection in Rotterdam (EC);

i) fresh SGS in Rotterdam (24-36 hours);

j) distribution certificate with GPS coordinates;

k) product inspection authorization (ATVP);

l) authorization of unconditional test failure (DTA); (The buyer needs at least 3-5 working days

perform DTA on the seller's tanks);

5. After receiving Fresh SGS with the above POP. As an option: The buyer can issue approval

TSA / TSR for recycling to

6. Immediate injection after payment (after item 6) or extension on the seller's tank with payment

this extension;

7. The seller issues a 2% guarantee to the buyer in cases where the seller does not fulfill

with the following POP documents:

• approved by NCNDA / IMFPA

• Sales authorization (ATS)

• Authorization of immersion permit (DTA unconditional)

8. If the Dip-test is successfully purchased, the buyer is paid through MT103 or TT, and the seller enters the fuel in

the reservoirs intended for the purchaser, as described in paragraph 5;

9. The buyer raises the goods and the seller pays the commission to all intermediaries in accordance with NCDA / IMPFA;

10. The buyer signs an annual contract with the seller.
